Customer Relations Manager
About the Job
Toyota of San Bernardino is currently looking for an experienced Customer Relations Manager. We offer great pay and excellent benefits. When you join our team, you will work with management and other departments to execute and ensure a customer experience in a manner that aligns with our dealership’s highest standards.
Respond to all customer issues
Maintain survey averages for entire dealership
Complete reports pertaining to survey scores
Serve as contact for all Toyota Customer Experience Center contacts
Coach and train staff on customer relations issues
Monitor pending surveys and update staff on invitations to customers
Successful track record in customer relations, with a focus on auto dealerships
The ability to manage high stress and upset customers
Overall knowledge of automotive sales and service department operations
Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities and familiarity with dealership CRM and DMS systems
Experience in training teams and individuals preferred.
High school diploma/GED
Basic computer skills
Must have valid driver license
