About the Job
Breckenridge Creative Arts is seeking a full-time, year-round, dedicated professional for the position of Ticketing Systems + Services Manager.
The individual in this position, under the direction of the Senior Director of Operations + Guest Experience, manages configuration, integrity and function of the ticketing database as well the day-to-day ticket office activities associated with staffing, ticket sales, ensuring data accuracy, and superior customer service.
The Ticketing Systems + Services Manager is expected to support the objectives of the Ticket Office and to provide overall support to Breckenridge Creative Arts in a collaborative team environment. This is a data base configuration and management position requiring excellent computer skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to learn quickly. In addition, this position requires exceptional customer service skills, dependability, and excellent communication skills with the public, staff and resident companies.
Three (3) years’ experience in ticket office management and supervision; or the equivalent in education, training and experience that would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities
Experience with Audience View software/other ticketing software or several years’ experience in building and managing databases
General knowledge of performing and visual arts
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn quickly
Strong work ethic
